On June 5, the AmCham China Southwest Chapter hosted the latest edition of its “Young Leaders Mixer” series with the theme Activate Your Brand Value. The event brought together emerging professionals from a wide array of industries, including technology, healthcare, education, finance, and law for an evening of insight-sharing and networking.
The evening opened with a warm welcome from Southwest Chapter Manager Wei Wei, who introduced the theme of personal brand activation. The first keynote was delivered by Gina Li, founder of the Innoura Innovation Self-Growth Platform, who offered practical insights grounded in real-world case studies. Li’s highly interactive session encouraged attendees to create their own “value cards” a hands-on exercise designed to help individuals articulate their unique brand propositions.
Following this, Carrie He, Regional Marketing Manager at NIO Chengdu, took the stage to share her personal career journey. He connected her story with the evening’s theme, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how NIO builds and executes its distinct branding strategy. Her presentation provided attendees with both inspiration and practical examples of brand-building in action.
The event continued with breakout sessions, where participants practiced their personal brand pitches and exchanged peer feedback. Afterwards, guests mingled and networked over a fantastic range of craft cocktails and Chengdu-inspired snacks.
The AmCham China Southwest Chapter extends sincere thanks to The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu for their outstanding venue support, to speakers Gina Li and Carrie He for their thoughtful insights, and to all participants whose enthusiasm and engagement made the evening a resounding success. We look forward to continuing this momentum with future programs designed to support and elevate the region’s rising talent!
